So Nomination Day came and went.
37 seats uncontested
which means 44% to the ruling party
by default.
Does anybody actually doubt
that they're gonna win?
And we hear the usual thing
Opposition have no calibre.
Singaporeans tell me the same thing
every 4 years.
They're upset with the government
but what choice do they have?
Because opposition have no calibre.
Just because LKY said so,
we all take it as gospel truth.
I can't decide if Singaporeans
simply lack
the ability to think
for themselves
without parroting
LKY.
If you're upset with the government,
so what if the opposition have no calibre?
Who gives a fuck?
If you're upset with the government,
vote a fucking clown in!!!
Send the message across,
that you prefer
to vote a clown
than a president's scholar.
Show them that
if they want to remain
as ruling party,
they better start
taking the feelings
and welfare
of the people
into consideration
when they make
their policies.
And besides,
if you really want calibre opposition,
vote a clown in.
In 4 years time,
you will find calibre people,
who will think,
if a clown and do it,
so can I.
And don't buy the story
that Singapore will collapse
overnight.
The private sector
have always outperformed
government linked companies
in any industry.
That is not going to change
with a clown
in parliament.
